So word on the street is It’s Always Sunny In Philadelphia is moving to Fox for season 5. This could be the worst thing since something clever I have yet to think of. Fox has ruined a lot of good shows, such as: Arrested Development (Emmy winner), Firefly, Family Guy (until eating major crow and getting them back on the air), Futurama (rated higher in viewers in its first season than Family Guy and South Park), and Fox owned the rights to Reno 911 originally until Comedy Central smartly bought it from them and put it on the air. Fox is the worst network on TV as far as I’m concerned. I think the only good shows they’ve done really well on is 24 and The Simpsons. They don’t really give most shows a chance and mostly put them in wrong slots and shift them around, giving them no hope of success.

The humor in It’s Always Sunny In Philadelphia is due in large part to FX’s allowance for crud humor. Fox will most likely cut off most of what makes It’s Always Sunny In Philadelphia funny, including the word shit, most sex jokes, drinking, ass play, drugs, drinking, violence, and basic humor will be reduced to kitty and boring humor, until after two more seasons, and after moving them around a lot to different time slots, they will most likely cancel them.

But FX is a part of Fox, so perhaps magically they worked out a good deal. One can only hope.
